In-between parties and while working on jewelry, this weekend I listened to several of Tim Ferriss’ podcasts. Perusing his website, I also came across “The Not-To-Do List: 9 Habits to Stop Now.” Tim makes a point that our “…’Not-to-do’ lists are often more effective than to-do lists for upgrading performance.”
The reason is simple: what you don’t do determines what you can do because now you have freed up time to focus on the essentials. So do yourself a favor and read through these short points – I’d love to hear any dissenting opinions. This is short but loaded, in my opinion! I know I’d benefit from implementing a few of these suggestions so I think I’ll be coming back to this list over and over again. BTW, GTD stands for Getting Things Done.
Hope you are inspired to make a few changes as you start the new week.
Onward,
Cristina
